Since 1950, Whataburger has proudly served a bigger, better burger. It all started when a young entrepreneur named Harmon Dobson had a bold idea: to serve a burger so big that it took two hands to hold, and so good that after a single bite customers couldn't help but exclaim, "What a burger!" He named his humble burger stand in Corpus Christi, Texas, "Whataburger." Over six decades later, we're still family owned and operated. Each and every Whataburger® is still made to order. We still use 100% pure beef and serve it on a big, toasted five-inch bun. And now, as we proudly serve burgers, chicken, salads and breakfast at more than 800 Whataburger locations across the country, that first burger stand is still close to our hearts.

The staff has stepped up in these crazy times. The food is always hot and delicious. I also want to commend them on their professionalism since there are not a lot of friendly people lately. The young gentleman that is taking care of curbside online orders was just wonderful, he was very kind and took time out to chat with me and my daughter. 05/16/2020 1:15PM

My boyfriend, friends, and I love coming here for the honey butter chicken biscuits. Although I wish they served them 24/7, I more importantly wish they didn’t charge me unnecessarily. When I order 3 or 4 honey butter biscuits I don’t see any reason why the honey butter should not come with each one like it would had I ordered and item individually. Not that I would want to share this sauce between my friends, but also with Covid 19 it makes no sense at all. Instead I get 1 dipping sauce for an entire order, and then proceed to always get charged for however many more honey butter sauces, which I do not believe makes sense.

This is the second Whataburger that I have ever been to and I must say it was fabulous. The food was fantastic ( I ordered the single patty melt with avacado, my husband had double patty melt and our son had the grilled cheese) and made to perfection. Service was great. Our cashier was friendly and gave us plenty of time to order. The restaurant was clean and the empty tables were wiped down. The soda fountain was clean and stocked. The location itself was easily accessible abd plenty of parking due to the fact that it's located in a strip mall parking lot. Overall it was a really great experience. I highly recommend this location and we will more than likely be back
